Installing
tempest_helper is available from https://github.com/MetOffice/tempest_helper
tempest_helper requires the following Python modules, which are included in many scientific Python installations:
Cartopy
Cftime
Iris
Matplotlib
Once the prerequisites are available then checkout the code and add it to your
PYTHONPATH environment variable.
